Tina Scott Polsky, Vice-President and Co-Founder, has been a practicing employment lawyer and human resources specialist. She has practiced at Proskauer Rose and Morrison, Cohen, Singer & Weinstein. She has also held in-house positions in Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) and Pitney Bowes. Tina is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Law School. Terry Marie Toto is an independant consultant and has been in the legal search industry since 1995. Over the years, she has placed numerous attorneys in legal and non-legal positions at law firms, corporations, investment banks and consulting companies, both nationally and internationally. Prior to beginning her career in attorney placement, Terry practiced as a litigation associate with Parker Chapin, LLP. She was also a successful buyer for one of the largest retail chains in the country. Terry received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1988, after completing a two year accelerated program, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico. Julie Langer Lowitz, Managing Director practiced law for 12 years and has been a recruiter for five years. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Syracuse University College of Law, Julie has experience in both law firm practice and in-house jobs. She began her career as a litigator with Kramer Levin, then spent several years at Proskauer Rose in the Labor and Employment Group. She has held the position of Associate General Counsel for the Solomon R. Stacy Oletsky comes to North Castle after years working in the public sector as a prosecutor and protector of children’s rights. Stacy graduated St. Thomas School of Law in North Miami, Florida in 1994. After law school, Stacy went to work for Health and Rehabilitative Services, now known as the Florida Department of Children and Families. There, Stacy was charged with the responsibility of terminating the rights of abusive and neglectful parents for the safety and well being of Florida’s children. After 2 years with HRS, Stacy moved to the Broward State Attorney’s Office where she tried over 50 felony and misdemeanor jury trials.
